Man Charged with Concealing Assets in Bankruptcy Fraud Scheme
The U.S. Attorney General has charged an Ohio man with two counts of bankruptcy fraud for allegedly, intentionally, concealing two assets from the bankruptcy court, (1) a $70,000 bank account, and (2) a real estate parcel in Ashtubula County.
